Final Sale FAQ
What is a Final Sale?
It's a sale where all purchases are considered final. This means that once you buy something, you can't return or exchange it. Final sales are typically offered on clearance items or end-of-season styles, and they often have a significantly reduced price. These prices will end in $.97 or $.98 and will be listed as "final sale" or "last call".

No returns or exchanges: Remember that all purchases during a final sale are considered final, meaning no returns or exchanges are allowed.
- If an item is received defective, damaged, or as a mis-ship, we will make exceptions for these situations. Please reach out to our Customer Care for these exceptions.
- No price adjustments: Final sale items do not qualify for price adjustments or price matches.
For all items eligible for return, please note:
- A $7.50 return-shipping fee will be processed for FedEx & mail returns.
- All refunds are made in the original form of payment.
- In-store returns made without a receipt are eligible for store credit only.
- Shipping and handling fees, gift wrap charges and donations are nonrefundable.
- Custom items and final sale items are nonrefundable.
- International customers who purchase online from our U.S. site are responsible for all return-shipping costs.
- Please note, if the order is associated with an APO or FPO address, please contact Customer Service for support.
RETURNS
To return your item(s), click on the Start Your Return button below to start the process. Items purchased on Dockers.com can be returned by FedEx drop-offs, or by mail.
Enter your order number and email address. Select the item(s) you want to return. Then select your preferred method — we recommend using FedEx drop-offs for a smoother experience.
FedEx Returns (recommended)
- Print your prepaid shipping label and packing slip
- Place the packing slip inside the package along with your item(s)
- Attach the shipping label to the outside
- Drop off the package at a FedEx or a participating Walgreens
- Receive your refund once we receive the item(s)
- Go printerless. If you don’t have a printer handy, you can take the mobile return QR code from your return confirmation email to a FedEx store or a participating Walgreens and they’ll print the label for you.
Returns cannot be canceled once they have been dropped off.
Mail Returns
- Print your prepaid shipping label and packing slip
- Place the packing slip inside the package along with your item(s)
- Attach the shipping label to the outside
- Drop off the package at your local shipping center
- Receive your refund once we receive the item(s)
In-Store Returns
We are not accepting in-store returns at this time.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, we recommend returning your original item and then repurchasing it online in the new size.
